The Latimer Central Apartments development formed part of the ongoing regeneration of Christchurch’s inner city, delivering 34 modern apartments in a prominent central city location.
Designed by Context Architects, the project combined contemporary urban living with resilient structural design, incorporating structural steel construction, brick facades and acoustic performance measures to create high quality residential spaces built for long term durability and comfort.
